Q: I made a mistake with my order, how can I get help?

A: Simply go to our Support section, fill out an RMA request by emailing support with your name, product receipt and make/model of the item you purchased. Reason why you are requesting the RMA and Send. We'll get back to you within 48 Business hours, after first contact. We'll then supply the mailing return address and provide store credit once the item has been returned.

Q: What guarantees are there regarding discretion?

A: We always ship in a discrete package. It won't say DreamsOfLeather.com, just our shipping address and your name and mailing address.

Q: Why are your products so expensive compared to the shop around the corner?

A: Quality and shipping mostly. You get what you pay for! You won't have to keep buying the same toy over, and over, and over again. Like you normally would with the cheap sex store knock offs. And eventually you'll have spend enough to purchase one of our floggers.

Q: What forms of Payment do you Accept?

A: We are pleased to Accept, MasterCard, Visa, Amex , Discover Car, Interact Direct Via Email or Visa Interact Transfers or Cash In person. All of this also applies to In person Point of Sales. Sorry, no Checks

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship throughout Canada with Canada Post, shipping throughout the USA, Australia, Europe, etc is by UPS. Tracking information included.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We use nondescript packaging, with only the customers name & address, and our return address on the package. We email you tracking information from Canada Post once your order has been shipped.

Q: Will I get a shipping confirmation?

A: You will get a immediate email with your order information, then once shipped you will receive another email with the Tracking information.

Q: What if I have a problem with my order?

A: Please make a Support Ticket. We'll respond promptly.

Q: How long does it take to get my Order?

A: 7 - 10 Business Day is the Standard. Longer if a custom order is made. We'll contact you with the manufacture times.

Q: Where is your business located?
A: We are a virtual business, that does operate out of local Kink / BDSM events around the Vancouver, BC, Canada and even some Alberta, Canada events too. We announce our Road Trips so people can show up to these events and try one of our floggers out.
